Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  1. The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  3. The item is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@greengrip.com.au to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that:

  1. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item minus any applicable restocking fees.
  3. If the returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee or reject the return.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
