All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Any delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

We offer $10.00 flat rate regular shipping for all orders in Australia.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately, Green Grip does not issue refunds. We may exchange or issue a credit (valid for 6 months from issue date) for a change of mind purchase subject to several conditions:
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or a credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange or credit request is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Green Grip will not cover the cost of postage/delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or a credit will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or given store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
